Valdora takes the report and reads it. After a moment he lets out a breath. "Are these....accuratate? How can a man lose all the blood in his body without the cutting of an artery? What has the Doctor reported?"

"The doctor reported that it was a quick attack and they never saw it coming."

Valdora watched the young Lieutenant, he felt he was hiding something but decided not to ask why. "Very well....you better get started on your invetigation. Interviews with witnesses and the Doctor after he has had a look at the body would be prudent. Dismissed." Lucan watched him leave and let out a breath. He was begining to put the dots together but hoped that there was some other explanation.

Jack nods and walks out. He makes his way to the turbolift doors and steps in. The doors close as jack reaches into the bag and pulls out the container and looks it over. As the doors open he puts the container back in the bag and makes his way to Sickbay.

Outside sickbay Kelsey walks up to Hunter and presents him with a PADD. "These are the list of people I would like to question in relation to the murder sir. Do you want to conduct the interviews yourself?"

It had been a very busy few days, with no sleep, and no rest whatsoever........to know that there has been little change in any power levels is depressing....Even with the limited resources we have in our Cargo stock....we can't make suffitient repairs to the hull and the decks. So the ship is in chaos. As "Figs" left....Greg knew that the situation was looking glum. The engineering crew had done nothing but miricles, and they all deserved time off.....
"Chief Bryans...are all vital systems Stable?"
"Aye sir, they are. Why do you ask?" she replied.
"I want you to inform the rest of the Engineering crew that they are on a Full Days Leave from Duty, and If I see any of them down here, then they will be disciplined. And don't worry about me. Enterprise will cover any twitches in system functions."
"Yes sir. I'll start the Clear out now." She snapped to attention and left with a look of relif on her face, but then turned back...."Might I say you don't sound like your usual self, Are you sure your ok?"
"I'm fine now leave, or You'll find out why scotsmen are never in fights"
Greg turned back to the console. tapped some buttons, and then saw Enterprise manifest her holographic image behind him.
Your so sure I'm gonna stay around and help out.......
"Nows not the time to try games Enterprise, I'm on tender hooks, and until we get to a station. I've got to be working non-stop to ensure that all the shields and engines are working as best as I can."
OOoooOO...someone needs to see a Doctor. I'll Contact sickbay and see what we can get down here.
"Do that Enterprise, and You'll find yourself in hot water in the holodeck. I need to get back to work."
Greg knew that Enterprise wasn't going to listen to him. So he prepared to have a confrontation with some Medical officer, who thinks they know whats best for him. They may be in for a shock.

The two security officers has been waiting outside sick bay for some time. Obviously the discussion was intense. It was then the doors opened as Lieutenant Figueroa emerged looking rather distressed. Chief Wayne peered in seeing Logan and the Chief in deep conversation. "Sir" Wayne said to Hunter "maybe it would be best if I arranged for First Lieutenant Kerak to report to the interview room. By the time you are done here I can have the interviewee ready and waiting for you."

During the events taking place, all was quiet in the shuttle bay, the way into the main sections of the ship blocked by the damaged corridor, blocked off by debris knocked loose during the last battle. The main power flickering around the strange, giant shuttle like craft, it sat silent in the bay by itself, left undisturbed as there were other, more important matters to attend to.
The power, other than life support and to hold the bay doors shut was all that remained in this area of the ship, the only thing lighting the bay would be the ship's lights.
Some anomalous inquiries were starting to be made by an entity on-board into the remaining computer systems, mostly about ship status.
Enterprise caught onto these within a few moments...

Andrew entered a turbo-lift setting his course to the lower decks of the vessel. He knew the end result he wished to achieve but did not know how to attain it. It was then Enterprise informed him of an unauthorized entry to the ship's computer in the shuttle bay. "The shuttle bay? There shouldn't be anyone down there. Enterprise reroute me there at once." She did as told and redirected the turbo-lift to the bay.
The halls, littered with debris. The path blacked by pieces of the hull making it almost impossible to traverse. Not being one to give up he began to move some of the smaller pieces and was able to clear a very small path past this barrier. Crawling to the small gap was tedious as the room to move was nonexistent. He stood up once more after he dusted off some dirt and grime he continued to the shuttle bay. The entrance once more contained some debris blocking the path, but this time the solution was not so easy. It also seems that the debris is preventing the automatic doors from opening.
As he began to move some of the wreckage from it's hold he began to feel odd. He was beginning to notice the flickering lights and barely lit passages. After dropping another piece upon the floor he began to feel a bit jumpy. He did not like being here and regretted coming here alone. This only motivated him to work faster as his fear of the dark began to grasp him.
After removing the last piece he noticed the door still did not open. Locating a nearby equipment locker he removed a magnetic holder. Placing it upon the door he began to push as hard as he can to slide the doors opened. With the door finally parted he moved into the shuttle bay only to find the Cai'Nari vessels still present. He looked around trying to find anyone but found the bay clear of all life at least in his field of vision. In his search he did find a computer terminal, the very same one that must have accessed the ship system status. He approached the console unaware of the others that were watching him.
