Finally the Captain regained his composure and his senses and pulled away, releasing the Doctor and after hearing the instruction caught him in his arms. He turned the Doctor over and check his pulse. Still alive. 'Thank God' he thought. Valdora thought he would never have a clear mind and a body free of pain again and he stood now once again himself. He heard the commotion outside his door and walked across his quarters. He put his uniform Jacket on his shoulders and ordered the door open, seeing the faces of his officers on the other side. The Chief seemed to drain of his own complexion. "The Doctor...."Wayne stuttered. "He is alive Chief. Have him taken to sickbay for immediate treatment. He risked himself to save me and I attend to reward him for that" he ordered "oh and one more thing. I have killed no one and I am on my way to find the Foley's logs that will prove that. Excuse me I have a ship to run." With that Valdora passed them and headed down the deck toward the turbolift and toward sickbay.

The Chief pulled away from Hunter and now flew off the handle at full speed ahead. "You won't get away with this you murdering animal! You are a vicious creature of hell! I will expose you! I don't care how you cover your tracks! I will have your badge!"

Valdora turned, ignoring him and simply looked at Hunter and Cambell. "Please help the Doctor to sickbay" he ordered as he stepped into the turbolift and the doors closed.

Jo'rek made his way out of the turbolift and toward the quaters he knew to be Wing Commander Gordon's. He wished to speak to her after her impressive flying that has save their lives. He walked up to the door and pressed the chime.

After having spoke with the officer in the bay, she retired to quarters. Now she was busying herself with preparing a small meal for herself, before the chime rang. "Coming." Danielle said, still wearing her gray flight pants and black flight boots along with a sleeveless black t-shirt.
She answered the door to see the Romulan officer, and nodded, "Hello there, you can come in." she said, indicating a chair for him to sit while she walked back over to the table and picked up a glass which contained a light alcoholic beverage, before sitting down across from him, "So, what can I do for you..." she said, reading his rank pips, "...Master Chief?"

"Chief seems to be enough" he noted the Starfleet custom "Starfleet don't seem to care for long titles." He sat as was offered. "I wanted to congratulate you on what you did yesterday. Even for me that was some fancy flying. We will to talk to Commander Logan about taking our own fighters out of mothballs."

She nodded. "My former title seems to be an exception. But thank you." She said for a moment before grinning, "There's a certain thrill to flying a fighter that you don't get otherwise." At his comment about the Enterprise's own fighters, she nodded. "True enough, but do you have any pilots? I have a proposal for you to pass along. I was the USS Hero's CAG Wing Commander, we took one Covenant capital ship with us before the Hero was overwhelmed. My proposal is this, I become the Enterprise's Wing Commander, and my men and women become part of the Enterprise's crew. Right now we have 20 pilots, and about 30 more enlisted personnel who serve as flight deck personnel, maintenance, and control." she said, letting her proposal hang in the air as she leaned forward a bit towards him.

"Indeed I'm sure you would be capable of training enough of my current staff to pull double duty as a member of your squad. Once we can get to the flight deck and have enough power to power it anyway" he stands "perhaps even your brother could help..." he noticed the look on her face "you didn't know did you? He's the Marine Commander. I assumed you would have looked through the personnel. Luckily its still my job to do so."

She nodded at this, "Well, you'll have our ingenuity to thank for the recent action, our crews were able to activate basic power for the flight deck, enough to perform basic ops. And anyone who's interested can be trained up to par." A look of surprise crossed her face at the mention of her brother. "I...no I didn't look through the personnel files, we came aboard and went straight to the flight deck." She finished, leaning back in her chair.

"Then I think you and he have a lot to talk about Wing Commander" Jo'rek nods to her and leaves with a hiss of the doors.

"A lot indeed..." she sighed and turned to the computer holo-pad. "Enterprise, where is Marine Commander Gordon?" "Major Gordon is in his office." "Thank you."
She got up and left her quarters, heading to the turbolift and taking it to Deck 5. Once she was on Deck 5, she walked past various Marine personnel doing their tasks..and finally rang the chime on the Marine CO's office.

Gordon was sitting behind the desk, doing some paperwork while part of his mind was distracted by other things. Then the door chime rang and shook him back to reality. "Come." he said.

At his voice, she paused, "Sounds like he's a bit tired.". But Danielle went ahead and entered the office. "Long time no see, Randy." she said, as the Major stood up in surprise.

Valdora was sat in Doctor Foley's office on his desktop going through his findings. Outside his staff had the good Doctor on a bio bed and were able to bring him back from the edge of darkness. Valdora looked up hearing this and smiled. The man had saved his life and without sacrificing another or anything to do so but himself. He would indeed have much to say to the human once this was all through. Finally he found the correct data and placed it on a PADD. As he walked out of the sickbay he turned to the Doctor on duty. "Take care off him" he ordered.

Valdora now sat in his ready room with the remaining senior staff, except the Doctor, opposite. "I think Lieutenant Hunter will agree that the evidence is conclusive. That is not my DNA and my medical records show that I drank no blood until the Doctor came to my quarters. However the data clearly shows that the murders were committed by a Valen. That means there must be another, our another like my race, on board. Without internal sensors it will be difficult but we must find this individual before they commit murder again."

"Danielle!" he stood up, moving quickly to hug her, the gesture being returned. "Oh its been so long, how are you, where have you been?" he said, the development having served to brighten his day considerably.
